All orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends nor holidays). Orders are expected to be ship within 5-8 business days after purchase. If an order is placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST processing will begin on the following Monday as we do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. Oma Boutique DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS on any items but you can be eligible for an exchange.
